Experience
For the session you will lay on your back fully clothed on a massage table and relax in the temple space while you receive the energy healing and listen to soothing music. Most of the session is free of physical contact. The session concludes with a "life force circulation massage". During this part of the session you will lie on your stomach and very gentle pressure will be applied to circulate the energy that was generated during the session. This is a relaxing way to complete your Ensofic Reiki Session.
