About the Event
Stress is something we all experience. Having tools to identify and stop stress in its tracks is an essential part of living a healthy and balanced life. While we can't often control the events in our lives, we can always control how we choose to respond to them. Mindfulness practices can help you learn to de-escalate the stress response so that you can respond to life's ups and downs with more balance and clarity.
Join me for an introductory workshop to learn simple practices you can start using right away, any time during the day.
